Q: What is the attire for the evening ?
A: The Crescent City Sneaker Ball is a black-tie event. Ladies are required to wear floor length dresses with sneakers (high/low dresses, long tulle skirts and/or splits are permitted). Men are required to wear tuxedos or formal suits with sneakers. Ladies may also wear tuxedos or formal suits if desired. No jeans, khakis, sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, or casual attire permitted. Dress code will be STRICTLY enforced. Guests who are not dressed appropriately will not be admitted.
Q: I received an invitation to the 2nd Annual Crescent City Sneaker Ball. Can I purchase more than one ticket?
A: Yes. You may purchase up to (8) single tickets or (1) reserved table for you and other guests. Your invitation code is a ONE-TIME-USE code. If you are purchasing more than one ticket, you must purchase all tickets at the same time.
Q: I did not receive an invitation to the 2nd Annual Crescent City Sneaker Ball yet. Can I still attend?
A:Thank you for your interest in joining us! At this time, tickets are not available to the general public. If you are interested in attending the Crescent City Sneaker Ball, please visit the contact page and send us your name and email address . Please check for updates on when general tickets are available.
Q: Is there an age limit for guests?
A: The Crescent City Sneaker Ball is catered towards guests ages 25+ and up. Guests must be 25+ to attend.
Q: Do I need to bring my own food and beverage?
A: No. Dinner and Open Bar will be available all evening!
Q: What kind of ball should I bring to donate?
A: We are requesting each guest bring any new sports balls (basketballs, baseballs, soccer balls, footballs, kick balls)
Q: Can I bring more than one ball?
A: Sure! Thank you for your generosity.
Q: I bought a Reserved Room. How do I check in to my room?
A: Your room reservation will be under the name of the individual that purchased the Reserved Room. If you need to change the name on the reservation, please email us at email@example.com. No name changes will be made after February 1, 2020. Upon checkout, guests will be charged for any expenses excluding the room charge and associated taxes and fees. Any additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest and cannot be charged to the Crescent City Sneaker Ball.
Q: Can I have my ticket available on my phone or mobile device?
A: Yes! You can either print your ticket or have it available on your phone or mobile device.
Q: Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
A: No, tickets are available presale only. No tickets will be available at the door. Ticket sales will end on Friday, January 17, 2020.
Q: I am no longer able to attend the Crescent City Sneaker Ball. Can I return my ticket?
A: All ticket sales are final. However, you may give your ticket to another guest.
