Q: The website is asking for a code. I did not receive an invitation to the 2022 Annual Crescent City Sneaker Ball yet. Can I still attend? 

A:Thank you for your interest in attending! To purchase tickets, you will need an invitation. If you are interested in an invitation to the Crescent City Sneaker Ball, please visit the contact page and send us your name and email address . We will email you if  additional invitations become available. Please note that we cannot guarantee invitations.

Q: I submitted my name and email address to receive updates, however, I have not received an invitation. How can I attend this year's event? 

A: Thank you for your interest in attending. Submitting your name and email address via the contact form will add you to the Crescent City Sneaker Ball contact list. It does not guarantee an invitation to the Crescent City Sneaker Ball. If invitations become available, we will reach out to individuals who have submitted their name and email address through the contact form. 

Q: What is the attire for the evening ? 

A: The Crescent City Sneaker Ball is a formal, black-tie event. Ladies are required to wear floor length formal gowns/dresses with sneakers (high/low dresses, long tulle skirts and/or splits are permitted). Dresses that fully expose undergarments are not permitted. Men are required to wear tuxedos or formal suits with sneakers. A formal suit consists of a coordinating blazer and dress slacks.  Ladies may also wear formal tuxedos or formal suits if desired. Men may wear formal gowns if desired.

 

NO jeans, khaki pants, cargo pants, sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, pantsuits, or casual attire, or completely transparent garments permitted. Dress code will be STRICTLY enforced. Guests who are not dressed appropriately will not be admitted under any circumstances.  

 

Q: Do we still bring recreational balls to the event? 

A: No. This year we are supporting 3 local schools that were damaged during Hurricane Ida by asking each guest to bring school supplies to the Crescent City Sneaker Ball. Please feel free to bring a generous combination of any of the below items:

  • Library Books (3rd-8th grade)

  • Library Books (9th-12th grade)

  • Lined paper

  • Composition or spiral notebooks

  • Electronic tablets

  • Construction Paper

  • Scissors 

  • Glue

  • Washable paint

  • Rulers

  • Calculators

  • Folders

  • Pencils/Pens

Q: I received an invitation to the 2022 Crescent City Sneaker Ball. Can I purchase more than one ticket? 

A: Yes. You may purchase up to (4) single tickets or (1) reserved table for you and other guests. Your invitation code is a ONE-TIME-USE code. If you are purchasing more than one ticket, you must purchase all tickets at the same time. 

Q: Is there an age limit for guests?

A: The Crescent City Sneaker Ball is catered towards guests ages 25+ and up. Guests must be 25+ to attend. 

​​Q: Do I need to bring my own food and beverage?

A: No. Dinner and Open Bar will be available all evening! ​​​

Q: Can I have my ticket available on my phone or mobile device?

A: Yes! You can either print your ticket or have it available on your phone or mobile device. 

Q: Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

A: No, tickets are available presale only. No tickets will be sold at the door. Ticket sales will end on Friday, March 18, 2022 or sooner if tickets sell out. 

 

Q: I am no longer able to attend the Crescent City Sneaker Ball. Can I return my ticket?

A: All ticket sales are final. However, you may give your ticket to another guest.

A: Please email us at sponsorsorships@ccsneakerball.com for more information about sponsorships. Please include "SPONSORSHIPS" in the subject of your email.

Q:   What are the COVID-19 safety protocols for the event?
 
A: Following current City of New Orleans COVID-19 safety guidelines, guests will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination or negative PCR or antigen test to enter the 2022 Crescent City Sneaker Ball. Masks are welcome but not mandatory.
